SHIPPING POLICY
Renogy offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required.
Please note:
Not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
RETURN POLICY
At Renogy, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with original package within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
Renogy will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you have received a defective product or one damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
In the event of a replacement, Renogy will arrange for return shipment of the defective unit, and once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement part.
If damage results due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

The Renogy Smart Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery with Bluetooth is designed for the drop-in replacement of deep-cycle lead-acid batteries with its standrad BCI group size. Manufactured with automotive grade battery cells, offers excellent cycle life expectancies even under high and varied loads. Hosting intelligent software, the advanced BMS provides comprehensive protection to the battery, The built-in Bluetooth module enables remote monitoring on mobile devices in real time.

Notes
DO NOT string the battery in series. ONLY connect batteries of the same manufacturer and model in parallel.
DO NOT connect more than 8 batteries in parallel.
Please secure all cable connections to proper specification in order to ensure good connections between the cable lugs and the battery terminals.
Please avoid too high a voltage difference between paralleled batteries, despite the auto-balancing function, to avoid triggering the over-current protection.
The battery is shipped in shelf mode. Before using the battery for the first time, please activate the battery with a charge/discharge current greater than 1A and measure the terminal voltage to validate.

Advanced BMS
The advanced BMS utilizing the software controller intelligently monitors the battery’s operating conditions and oversees its safe operations. Continuously monitors conditions, redistributes energy resources in no time flat, and sends alerts in the event of a problem.
Auto-balancing Function
Thanks to the upgraded auto-balancing function, you can combine batteries in parallel more safely. We recommend connecting the batteries with appropriate cables to achieve optimal effect. Please note that do not connect batteries in series, and the maximum number that can connect in parallel is 8.
Energy Saving Mode
When the battery is not charging or discharged, it will automatically switch to energy-saving mode after 24 hours. With only 3% of the self-discharge rate per month, the battery will hold the charge more extended. Please note to charge the battery to 30%~50% and disconnected it from the system before storage.
All-round Protection
This seamless battery gives full protection against dust and other particulates. Besides, it gives protection against low-pressure jets of directed water from any angle. It’s suitable for most outdoor scenario such as yacht.
Rock Solid Connection
Bluetooth 5.0 is designed to reduce the energy usage of Bluetooth peripherals. It’s faster and can operate over greater distances than the older version. You can easily monitor your battery’s status more accurately and conveniently in real-time.

How to activate the battery?
The battery is shipped in shelf mode. Before using the battery for the first time, please activate the battery with a charge/discharge current greater than 1A and measure the terminal voltage to validate. Prior to long periods of storage, please disconnect the battery from the system. The battery will enter shelf mode automatically after 24 hours. In shelf mode, the battery has a low self-discharge rate and can hold the charge for a longer period of time.
What should I do if the battery shuts off due to low state of charge(SoC)?
Please disconnect the battery from loads and charge the battery as soon as possible. Failure to do so may cause irreversible damage to the battery.
What type of cell do you use inside the battery?
The prismatic cell within the battery has excellent thermal characteristics. It requires less cooling per energy unit when compared to the cylindrical lithium cell format. Additionally, it offers excellent cycle life expectancies even under high and varied loads.
How long will the battery last?
Our battery is capable of 2000 cycles of perfect charge and discharge, after which the efficiency of the battery will drop to 80% of the factory performance, but it is still very good for your use. If you live a completely off-grid life, calculated at the rate of a full charge and discharge per day, you will be able to use it for more than 5 years.
How many batteries can I connect to at most?
Please connect your batteries in parallel, we recommand a maximum of 8 batteries in parallel, and our automatic battery balancing system allows you to achieve parallel safely.

I installed this on my system that uses a renogy DC50S DC-DC MPPT solar controller. This replaced an old AGM. I hooked this up. My app found it on bluetooth, and that was it!
