Antique/Vintage 8 x 11" American Legion Engraved Metal Printing Plate On Wood

This antique or vintage engraved metal American Legion printing plate mounted on wood is 8″ by 11″ and 3/4″ thick.  The design features an eagle with shield in the center, the American Legion medallion, and intricate leaf designs down each side.  It says “The American Legion” across the top and “American Legion” in the medallion.  Down the sides are mission statements such as “Promote Peace and Goodwill”, “Safeguard Justice and Freedom”,”For God and Country”, and “Uphold The Constitution”, to name a few.  The plate has been used and has some light scratches, as well as wear to the wood areas.
