Returns are accepted if item arrives damaged or was not as described in the
listing. Buyer must contact me within three days of receiving the item. Item must be returned to me within 14 days of you receiving the item. Returned item must be unused, in original condition & packaging. If bonus items were included those items must be returned also. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refund will be for purchase price only, original shipping fee will not be refunded. If the item had free shipping to you the cost of the original shipping paid by me will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be issued when the item is delivered back to me. A restocking fee may be deducted from the refund for paper media items (cards, punches, shreds, etc).
